Why I'm Offering the Sliding Scale: Most of us are cutting back and recovering from severe retirement account losses. We're being challenged in many ways, reassessing our basic needs and wants, and looking for a competitive edge. My mission is to help people be their best and be happy. I'm pleased to offer my services on a sliding scale through the end of 2009. In addition, there is a volume discount available for one-on-one sessions. I hope this will help you afford the many benefits of coaching. Find Your Cost of Coaching:
Further Reduced Rates Available: If you have dependents or other factors that reduce your taxable income, contact me about figuring a possible lower coaching rate based on your most recent tax return. Additional factors may be considered, too. Shorter Sessions and E-mail Coaching: While I find fifty-minute sessions most effective, you can also choose thirty-minute sessions instead for 3/4 of the price of a fifty-minute session, rounded to the nearest $5. For instance, if your fifty-minute fee is $60, then your thirty-minute fee is $45. I can also do coaching via e-mail. If you're interested in this, please contact me to discuss. Volume Discount: If you pay for 3 or more one-on-one sessions in advance, take 10% off. Nonprofits and Nonprofit Professionals Discount: Nonprofits and nonprofit professionals take an additional 10% off one-on-one or group coaching. Payment by a Company or Nonprofit: If a company or nonprofit pays for the coaching, and the employee is full time, then use the table above. If the employee is part-time, multiply the hourly rate by 2080 and use this annualized salary in place of the gross income in the table above. About Group Coaching: In group coaching, you get a professional coach plus the wisdom of your peers for half the cost. Between 3 and 8 participants commit to eight 90-minute sessions.
