Take excellent care of yourself
We all know about eating right and exercising, so I'm not going to give you yet another list of things you should be doing. Make your own list, and then we can look at how you can do more of the things on your list.

Do you resist exercising? We can work together to:

  2. Create a support system.
  3. Develop an exercise plan.
  4. Generate motivation.
  5. Work on resistance and obstacles.
